WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll be encouraged to arrive at 6.15pm to enjoy the pre-show entertainment. At 6.45pm, you’ll take your table seats in the stalls where dinner and champagne will be served by our hosts.

Food will be cleared from your table shortly before 7.30pm, ensuring uninterrupted and unmissable views of the performance – with additional treats (the brownie and ice cream) delivered to you during the interval.

HOW TO BOOK

1. Select the performance date and time of your choice.

2. Look for the table seats immediately surrounding the stage, stalls rows A-B and AA-BB. The tables are marked with the letter ‘T’ and the seats can be found immediately next to them.

3. If there is a present icon on these seats, you can book the Stageside Dining Experience direct by clicking on the seats and ensuring that option is selected.

4. Remember that these seats must be booked in pairs, so ensure you also add the second ‘DINING SEAT’ to your basket in order to continue.

5. Following check-out, you will be automatically emailed a full menu with a link to request the meat or vegetarian/vegan option and flag any allergen requirements. Please complete this as soon as possible.

Yes. Please refer to our menu above to view our vegan options.

Our box office reach out to all guests via email prior to the performance to collect meal preferences and allergen requirements. After submitting your requirements, they will get in touch if we are unable to accommodate your request. Please note that we are unable to provide Kosher meals. Our vegetarian meal is suitable for a Halal diet. While we take extreme cautions to minimise the risk of cross contamination, all our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten & other allergens are present. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.

Regrettably, this is not possible at the moment. Table seats can only be booked in pairs (two people per table), and therefore the 3-course light dinner must also be. If you are a party of one, three, five or any other odd number, we would instead suggest you check out the charcuterie and antipasti offerings that can be enjoyed in other private areas before the show (we call them Lounge Experiences) – as these are available to parties of any number.

We are able to provide the three-course light dinner to anyone who gives us at least 48hours notice. So if you are seeing the show at least 48hours from now, please click here to upgrade and the box office will be in touch.

If your performance is occurring in less than 48hours time, we regrettably cannot offer you the three-course light dining menu. However, you are able to pre-order food and drink to be delivered to your seat when you attend. This can be purchased now via www.kitkat.delivery, or alternatively, look out for QR codes when you arrive.

Performances occurring in the next seven days may only give you a ‘TABLE SEAT’ option (and not a ‘DINING SEAT’ one). However, as long as you give us at least 48hours notice by using this online form, it is still possible to upgrade to a dining experience.

On the calendar page, check availability by clicking ‘TABLES’ on our ‘PART OF THE HOUSE’ and the calendar will automatically filter out any performances where no table seats are available.
